Specialized Diesel and Conversions was formed in 2010 and is formally known as Sno-Valley Diesel. Its founder, Steve Sloate, started working from a service truck, performing mobile diesel repair work on trucks and equipment. Shortly after that, he found that there was a high demand for the repair of light-duty pickups and the growing popularity of diesel pickups. At first, Steve was serving clients in a small shop known as Sno-Valley Diesel and located outside of town, but now, he has moved to a much larger shop in Monroe in order to have the space to meet the needs of larger customer demand.
