Jerry Starr, a man of big ideas, opened his first auto repair shop at the age of 21. For the first 2 years, Starr Automotive was located at 42nd Ave and East Lake Street. Du********* motive was located in southeast Minneapolis until another location on Lake Street became available. In June 1986, Jerry purchased Lake Street Mobile. Which was a full service gas station at the time. After 4 years of being Lake Street Mobil, Jerry changed the name to Starr Automotive to focus mainly on its mission, offering: Honest repair at a fair price. Starr Automotive is also proud to educate its customers. Jerry is proud to be part of this community for 25 years and to take care of our 3rd generation of families. Starr Automotive is a family business. Most of the time, you can see Michelle (Jerry's wife) and Zack (Jerry and Michelle's son) providing great customer service, answering ********* With Jerry and Michelle, we have 3 dedicated full-time employees, our ASE master technician Shawn Junjak, who has been with us since 1994. Zack Starr, our automotive technician, he he has been with us since 2014. All of Starr Automotive's employees were born and raised in South Minneapolis and still reside there today. Con Jerry y Michelle, tenemos 3 empleados dedicados a tiempo completo, nuestro maestro técnico de ASE Shawn Junjak, que ha estado con nosotros desde 1994.
