Dear customer, please read the following instructions in order to take the most of your cleaning service: For Move In/ Move Out services property should be empty. If your property is not empty, please let us know. If your property requires Post Construction services please use "Special Instructions" to specify which areas were remodeled and we'll get back to you with an custom quote or contact us. For Post Constructions services additional time may be necessary. We recommend to book your cleaning service when construction/ remodeling job is completely done (Including movers). This is due to the fact that the client’s property will most likely get dirty again even after the cleaning service has been performed. In this case, we won’t provide our Guarantee of Service. (Please read our Terms & Privacy for details). We need electricity and water in order to properly perform the cleaning service. We do not take out large amounts of trash/boxes related to the moving. We do take out regular trash from the kitchen, bathrooms and any other trash cans around the property. If the customer is not home, door will be locked unless instructed otherwise. Please use the “Special Instructions” box in our booking form to provide any important information that we should know. We allow a maximum time for each property depending on the size, add-ons, and the number of cleaning ladies. If you’d like to know the maximum time for your cleaning please ask us. Every additional hour is $45.00 per cleaning lady. Post construction services usually need additional time.
