Bob Carter’s Auto Body

Bob Carter Sr. was a World War II veteran and a certified Packard mechanic. He worked as an automotive service manager and shop foreman in Chicago before opening his own store in 1975 with his son Bob, who had recently returned from service in Vietnam. Some of the same technicians who were hired at the time are still working here today. Bob Carter Jr. and his son Mike now manage day-to-day affairs.
