Lucrum's debt practice offers advisory services for commercial real estate owners on the loan modification and restructu********* ate owners in negotiating various loan modifications with lenders. The principals of Lucrum have worked on recapitalization of existing assets and restructuring and modifications to existing loans (across different loan types and across the real estate asset class spectrum), whether CMBS, agency, bank loans, debt funds or Life Cos. Modifications include forbearances, maturity extensions, loan principal reductions, interest rate and amortization relief, changes to collateral, discounted payoffs (DPO), deeds in lieu, release of guarantor liability and loan assumptions.
